NEW Scheduling Software Info

Thank you all for your patience with switching over to our new scheduling software! Now that we’ve been using it for a couple of weeks, and worked out most of the bugs, we wanted to notify you about a few minor changes with scheduling and/or canceling your class or open gym reservations.

When you cancel a class

When you cancel a class – Please note that in the new system, you will NOT be prompted to reschedule your class. You can simply cancel it instead. When you give more than 12 hours notice, your account will be credited. Credit will be returned to your punch card, or if you paid for a drop-in, you will see a credit in your profile for $26 (for a class) or $12 (for open gym) which can be applied to a new reservation. If you cancel a class within 12 hours of the class start time, you forfeit your credit.

When we cancel a class

When we cancel a class due to low enrollment or for any reason – you will be notified via email. Please check that you are receiving our emails from both the studio and StudioTrack.io (our scheduling app). Add us as a contact in your address book so our emails don’t go into your spam folder. Emails will be our official form of communication about class cancellations – it is your responsibility to stay on top of reading these!

If you have the StudioTrack app, and have notifications turned on, then you will get class cancellation notifications in the app.

The StudioTrack scheduling app is currently only available on iPhones. The Android app is in development and will be coming soon!

Punch Cards

Please note punch cards have an expiration date. If you can’t use your punch card credits within the allotted time, we suggest purchasing drop-in classes instead. We do not give refunds.

If you are still noticing some bugs in StudioTrack, please let us know by sending us a screenshot (or screen record) of what you’re experiencing and include what platform you’re on i.e. laptop or phone, iphone or android, app or web browser.
