Schedule a Fabric or Rope Class
Have you dabbled with fabric? Do you feel comfortable with basics like tying single and double foot knots and inverting from the ground? Well, this is the perfect class for you! We will focus on learning new poses and sequencing tricks together to create short 2-3 minute phrases. Increasing time spent airborne will improve your endurance!
This class, formerly known as Back to Play on Silks, will focus on building confidence, endurance, and strength to with an emphasis on proper technique. We will review and polish tricks and build new sequences. It’s perfect for students with previous experience on silks/fabric.
This class will focus on sequences and polishing them up with performance readiness in mind for form, technique, flow, and presentation. Students would, as a group, come up with a beginning and end for the sequence as we then put it to music. The sequence would change every other week. This class is a fun, creative drop in class for int/adv aerial silks folks.
This class will focus on vertical theory with emphasis in refining technique, split fabric sequencing, and conditioning for higher level skills. Students should already have the prior experience on rope or fabric and feel comfortable executing longer sequences in the air.
Learn new wraps, moves, tricks, and all things sling! In this class, there will be time to practice and refine foundational movements to build strength and endurance to create sequences. Sling Sequences is great for those with aerial experience.
Each week the class structure is similar – we work all the beats – hollow, pike, flares, dynamic rolls and drops and building technique for those skills. We will also work spinning technique in this practice class.
Learn new wraps, moves, tricks, and all things sling! In this class, there will be time to practice and refine foundational movements to build strength and endurance. Mixed Level Sling is great for those with aerial experience.
A class for all levels that focuses on building strength in basic techniques as well as building and learning sequences.
This class will focus on vertical theory with emphasis on refining technique and practicing dynamic transitions/beats all while building stamina through practicing sequences. Students should already have the prior experience on rope or fabric and feel comfortable executing longer sequences in the air.
Please Note
We require a minimum of three students to run a class. If the class does not meet this requirement, it will be canceled. Notifications will be sent out four hours before class time and sent via email or text message. If your class gets canceled, a class credit will be returned to your profile.
