Series Classes
Series classes are typically 4 – 6 weekly classes that you must sign up for the whole series, unlike our drop-in classes. If you have to miss a class in the series you can make-up in one of our Open Gyms. You only get one makeup per series. If there is still space in the class after it begins we will open drop-in spots per the coaches preference so please email the studio if you would like.
4- Week Series: C-Shaping on Rope/Silks
Join us for this 4-weeks Series focusing on c-shaping on silks and rope. We will work on back balances, slow rolls, and dynamic rolls. Breaking down all the various positions. Come practice all the C’s!
Prerequisite: Multiple climbs, Inverts in the air, basic knowledge of windmill/roll-down wrap
Intro to Adult Contortion Series with Gunnar – 6 Weeks
Join us for this 6 week series to get even bendier! Contortion is the art of moving the body with flexibility and poise. It is a classic circus art dating back hundred of years. We will be learning to stretch deeply and safely for poses and tricks as well as learn to work with other classmates to do partner tricks. Prerequisite: Bridge chest to wall with straight arms (or close to it) and able to kick up to handstand at the wall for 5 sec.
4- Week Series: Inversion Clinic
Inverting is one of the hardest parts of aerial work. In this 4-week series, we will work on all things inversion. This series will focus on inverting on all apparatus. Join us to clean up your invert, or work on getting your first invert! We will work on ground exercises as well as active flexibility to get that ever elusive invert. All levels welcome!
4- Week Series: Hone Your Handstands
Handstands are tricky but with some persistence and intention we can indeed find that elusive line. Come to this series class to refine your practice and get set up with some fun drills to help you along your handstand journey!
Beginners are welcome in this all levels class.
4- Week Series: Lollipop Lyra
In this four week progressive intensive, we will dive into specific poses or transitions, work on fun short combos.
Prerequisites: Lollipop experience is not required but experience on pole, lyra, or another aerial apparatus will be helpful.
4- Week Series: Flying Pole
This class is for pole beginners with some aerial experience on an apparatus. Must be comfortable with climbs and inverting. We will focus on skill building and sequences.
Prerequisites: Must feel comfortable with climbing and inverting
Please Note
We require a minimum of three students to run a class. If the class does not meet this requirement, it will be canceled. Notifications will be sent out four hours before class time and sent via email or text message. If your class gets canceled, a class credit will be returned to your profile.
