Stomping Ground Aerial Arts Studio

SGS has moved to a new space in NE Mpls! We offer weekly aerial classes on fabric (silks), sling, lyra, trapeze, rope, and grounded classes like handstands and partner acro. In addition to weekly classes, we host workshops with traveling and local artists. Check our workshops page for the most up-to-date information about upcoming workshops. We’re also available for booking private lessons either online or in-person or for private group parties!

COVID Precautions: Masks are OPTIONAL for now, unless there’s a surge in cases. As always, please wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival! Thank you.
